From the earliest stages of software system design onwards, FPA is a useful technique. This training will teach you how and under what circumstances FPA can be applied and how to handle the inevitable uncertainties of early stages.

Every attendee will receive the course handbook with slides, explanatory text, excercises and solutions. Every attendee will receive a copy of the handbook "The application of Function Point Analysis in the early phases of the application life cycle" (in English or Dutch).
